Features

What you get

Tenure up to 15 years

A long amortisation keeps the EMI light even on a large ticket, and you can prepay from windfalls without penalty on floating-rate loans.

Residential or commercial

Self-occupied homes, rented flats, shops and industrial units are all acceptable security, subject to clear and marketable title.

Up to 65% of market value

Funding is capped at 65% of the valuer's assessed market value, which keeps the exposure comfortable for both sides.

Balance transfer with top-up

Move an existing high-rate property loan to us and draw a top-up in the same transaction.

Eligibility

Who can apply

  • Sole or joint ownership of the property offered as security, with clear and marketable title
  • Applicant aged 25 – 65 years at loan maturity
  • Documented income — salary, business receipts or verifiable rental income
  • Property free of encumbrance, litigation and unauthorised construction

Meeting the criteria above makes you eligible to apply; it is not by itself a sanction. Every application is subject to credit appraisal and verification, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot help.
