Every loan is granted at the sole discretion of the company, subject to credit appraisal, verification of documents and execution of the loan agreement. The binding terms of any loan are those in your sanction letter and loan agreement, not those on this website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
